Our extensive, well tailored inventory is sprawled throughout twenty-one rows of parts storage racks twenty feet high. Six automated order trucks service an area by travelling through more than fourteen miles of shelving, automatically guided by an FM wire embedded in the floor, at speeds of 6mph with 5 inch clearance. The remaining three rows utilize reach trucks to access heavier parts like head assemblies, transmissions, axle housings and complete engine assemblies.

There are six automated carousel units used to stock small parts, and a packing, shipping area connected via conveyor to a weigh station. Lights in the aisles are activated by motion detectors to help save energy and the order picker operators have portable phones which allow them to check orders for parts sales personnel while remaining on their trucks.
