| Boyer Service Guarantee/Warranty |

What we will do:
|
Boyer Trucks will, at it's sole option, repair the defective
workmanship warranted hereby or refund the customer up
to the original amount paid for that portion of the repairs.

Exclusions:
|
We warrant only the labor performed at Boyer Trucks and
only as long as the vehicle remains under the present
ownership for the terms described herein.
|
Items such as parts, supplies, sublet work or sublet labor, are subject solely to the warranty, if any, of those manufacturers or suppliers and are not part of this agreement.
This warranty shall only apply if the defects occured under normal driving conditions and not where any vehicle has been subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse, environmental conditions, etc.
Specifically excluded from this warranty is progressive damage or the failure of any other parts of pre-existing problems.
BOYER TRUCKS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, WITH REGARD TO THE LABOR, PARTS AND/OR ACCCESSORIES PURCHASED, AND THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL BOYER TRUCKS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR COMMERCIAL LOSSES ARISING OUT OF SUCH PURCHASES OR OTHER INCIDENTAL COSTS, SUCH AS TOWING FEES, VEHICLE RENTAL CHARGES, TRAVEL EXPENSES, OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT IS NOT SPECIFICALLY COVERED BY THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY SHALL NOT BE VARIED, SUPPLEMENTED, QUALIFIED OR INTERPRETED BY ANY PRIOR COURSE OF DEALINGS.
This warranty only applies, if the original invoice is submitted before the start of any claimed warranty repairs and if the invoice does not state "No Warranty" or "No Guarantee".
